At the port, we supervise loading and discharge, carry out draft surveys, inspect cargoes and monitor stocks. We control quality, audit procedures and have your products tested by accredited partner laboratories. To inform your decisions, we carry out diagnostics, studies and monitoring and evaluation, alongside the stakeholders involved. And because results must last, we train teams, from management to field techniques. Our approach has three steps: frame, deliver, report.
