What we do
A customer, a buyer or an authority expects proof: that the product complies, that procedures are applied, that risks are under control. We help companies put this proof in place and keep it up over time: controls and audits, ISO 9001 and HACCP support, pest control, analyses in accredited partner laboratories, and sustainability approaches such as carbon footprint and EUDR traceability.
Quality controls, audits and procedures
An audit compares what is written with what is actually done. We check facilities, practices and records, then deliver clear findings and recommendations ranked by priority. Where procedures are missing or no longer followed, we draft or update them with the teams.
Support for ISO 9001 management and HACCP approaches
The ISO 9001 standard organises how a company works around quality; the HACCP approach identifies the food safety hazards of a food production and the points where they must be controlled. We train teams in these requirements, then support them in putting them into practice, as for BBC & Partners, CBATP and Univers DYA.
Food safety and pest management
Insects, rodents and contamination can ruin a stock or get a lot rejected. We assess the pest control system, check that it is actually applied and recorded, and train the staff. We have done so notably for Cajou des Savanes and ANATRANS SA.
Analyses and tests through partner laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025
Some proof can only come from a laboratory: moisture, defects, residues, the physical or chemical quality of a product. We take samples according to the rules, entrust them to partner laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, then explain the results and what they mean.
CSR, carbon footprint and EUDR traceability
Buyers, especially in Europe, now ask to know the impact and origin of what they buy. A carbon footprint measures the emissions of an activity; EUDR traceability proves that products such as cocoa, coffee or rubber do not come from deforested land. We help companies and cooperatives structure these approaches and produce the required proof.
