The challenge
For Construction de Bâtiment d’Afrique et Travaux Publics, the certification process required trained teams and a quality management system meeting the requirements.
How the assignment unfolded
Construction de Bâtiment d’Afrique et Travaux Publics (CBATP) committed to a certification process. For a construction company, this means proving that its sites and services follow a quality system that is actually applied. We trained the teams in the ISO 9001 standard, then supported the company for two years on the requirements of its quality management system, tracking the progress of its implementation.
